We are now offering PAL-M, PAL-N, SECAM and MESECAM formats for an additional charge of $5 per video. If you are uncertain as to which format you should order, please consult the manual of your VCR  prior to ordering.  NTSC VHS (USA, England, Japan, and others) and PAL (Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, much of Europe and others) are the two standard formats. PAL-M (Brazil) and PAL-N (Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay) are used in South America. SECAM and MESECAM are used in some European and Middle Eastern countries.

Very Important - Please Read Prior to Ordering

Recently there seems to be a trend of people ordering DVDs/tapes and/or CDs, viewing them and sending them back (without contacting us first) with the request (or demand) that we replace them with something different. While we want our customers to be happy with the material purchased from KSSP, our policy does not extend to becoming a library.  We run a business.  We will, of course, replace any defective product with a replacement of the same title or if an incorrect order was sent, we will correct the order.  However, the customer is responsible for which titles are ordered.  We provide sufficient information on this site for informed decisions to be made.  We are also available via e-mail to answer your questions (as best we can...we don't necessarily remember small details of a specific video, but we will do our best to help).  Once the order is put into the mail, it becomes the property of the customer and its return will not be accepted (except as noted above and with prior e-mail approval from us).

Shipping: All orders are shipped via the US Post Office unless otherwise specified. Special shipping (e.g., FedEx) is possible, but costs extra. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours (in most cases the next day) of receiving the order. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via e-mail, if you provide an e-mail address.  Videos shipped to the US are postpaid. Videos shipped overseas and Mexico require an additional charge of $6 per tape.  Canada requires an extra $5 per tape.
CDs and DVD-Rs shipped overseas and Mexico require an additional charge of $3 per CD/DVD-R and to Canada require an extra $2 per CD/DVD-R.

International customers please note:  If you select Federal Express, there may be a customs duty/tax that can amount to $20 or more.  This additional charge will be your responsibility.  We have experienced this type of charge when shipping to two countries so far.  As far as we know, this only applies when using Federal Express shipping international priority.
